Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) stayed here at the end of August for a week. This was our first time to Italy and we were very happy with our choice of hotel. Rooms are spotless and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and outdoor area. Within easy walking distance to town centre, lake and restaurants.

Our only concern was the lack of supervision in the kids club. On several occasions we noticed that the lady supervising the kids left the room for extended periods and the children were left supervising themselves. There was also no sign in or sign out of children so your child could end up leaving with any adult! This was a concern for us.

Otherwise I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We stayed here for a week from 27th August -3rd september 2011.We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their desire to help at all times. The hotel was immaculate, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable, quiet with a beautiful garden and lovely pool. The restaurant food was excellent and varied. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in a most beautiful resort. We had an elderly relative with us and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and make my mother feel welcome.

We stayed here a while back now but enjoyed every minute.

The hotel had tonnes of amazing italian food and drinks were pretty reasonably priced too. Gorgeous hotel, very clean, quiet, good sized pool. Can't fault it!

Here's another positive review for you FeelingHotel Luise! We had a week's holiday from 10th September and can only compliment the staff on their friendliness and helpfulness at all times. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the choice of food (buffet style) was excellent and also very well presented - everything always looked so appetising and the taste didn't disappoint! We really want to go back to this hotel (we won't bother to look for another in the area). There's so much to see and do in Riva, and the hotel is in a perfect position to enjoy the lakeside walks (only 5 minutes stroll away), and the lovely town. Due to the lovely weather during our stay we were able to sit outside for breakfast and dinner in the dining area, with a wonderful vista of the surrounding mountains, and the sparklingly clean swimming pool.
