We stayed here in August '09 and the location was perfect. We had a first floor lake facing studio apartment with balcony which was very clean and functional. The view from the balcony was amazing! The location was excellent, just at the edge of Riva del Garda, and a ten minute walk to the centre, which could also be done along the beautful lakefront promenade. The lakefront beach was less than a minute walk, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery shops very closeby along the main road to the centre. I would recommend to only stay in a room which has a lake facing balcony, as the view towards the main road was incomparable to the lake view. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels which had the exact same view.

For price 275EUR/5nights/2 persons with lake view is good, but when outside temperature is about 5degrees of Celsius, heating with Air Conditioner only is very useless, so we had almost a cold in the room :(. But equipped modern, nice...in summer it must be worthy.
