we spent 4 nights in a std. room, half board.

I must say that considering European std. this hotel is a good deal especially if you take the less expensive std. room (approx. 100 € night half board).

Location is perfect, beach is wide with plenty of lounge chairs.

Room is large well decorated and feel new, only pbl. is bed to soft for us.

Breakfast good even though we would appreciated more fresh fruits available.
Dinner was good food well presented and wines reasonably priced.
Only negative point is the dining room: to big and noise when full, would appreciate a more relaxed and quite locations.

Personnel is very friendly and attentive.

At the end a good deal

The hotel was easy to find once we reached Procchio. The drive leading to the reception passed some grotty looking staff quarters which was a little off putting. The reception was bright and clean though not particlarly impressive. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as she helped us to organise some items we had left in florence to be sent to the hotel which was a great relief! 10 out of 10 for service.
She showed us to our room personally while our luggage was transported by a porter. We were a little disappointed with our room as it faced away from the sea and over a carpark. We were told that the hotel was fully booked therefore this was the only room available. Though it was large and clean with adequate facilities we expected a better outlook from a 4 star hotel. The private beach was clean and well managed apart from rubbish/sticks in the sea which appeared to be localised to the hotels area of the beach. The restaurant and bars in the hotel were very expensive so we chose to eat elsewhere where there is a small choice nearby. Breakfast was average. Would have expected more choice of hot food however It was served on a nice terrace over looking the sea.

We loved this hotel. We had a room with a sea view and it was so gorgeous we actually set the alarm for 6am so that we could lie in bed and watch the sun come over the hills!
The staff are fantastic - everyone is so professional and so helpful.
The beach is great - no games, no rowdiness.
The food is delicious and the view from the dining room window has to be seen.
It's not cheap but well worth a stay.

Sure the restaurant is nice, the beach facilities are good. Pool looks appealing. Grounds are attractive. But the rooms are OLD and seriously lacking investment. Struggle to see how a 4 star hotel can have such poor accomodation. Mould in the bathroom and poor noise insulation. This was the most expensive 4 star hotel we stayed in Italy and was by a long way the most ordinary accomodation. The safe is mechanical and the air con is noisy.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Not a hotel that caters for the english either being predominately German and Italian. Staff are nice enough though.
