“Wonderful experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 January 2012

The staff, facilities, and location were just what we had hoped for. Our room was in the back with a balcony with a view of Tuscany-Terrific room. Deluxe category. We walked about 10 minutes and picked up the local bus to Pistoia which we used often. Fun. We chose not to rent a car. We booked the Capezzano winery tour with the desk but were disappointed that the cooking class was not available the days we were there, I recommend you book ahead. Loved our train day trip to Lucca from Pistoia. Easy to get around by train. We had a special time. We stayed here 8 days since our trip to CinqueTerre was cancelled due to mudslides. The staff helped us rebook our trip. We parted as friends. they gave us a gift and a hug. a special place. We highly recommend it. Was off season, quiet and special Restaurant was good. Ate there twice. Loved Restaurant " golden Chicken" Pollo ? near Train station.

“I wish I could have stayed longer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 December 2011

What a beautiful hotel and city. Although my stay was 8 months ago, I still talk about it. As a travel specialist, I feel I am very picky when it comes to accommodations and services while traveling. The hotel is very clean, the staff extremely accommodating and the restaurant is delicious. The city of Pistoia is a hidden gem. Even though the city is small, there is a lot of history, and activities in near-by areas. You are just a quick train ride from Florence and Lucca. Overall, just a great hotel and city. I can't wait to go back!

“Highly recommended”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

I stayed here for 4 nights in November whilst on a business trip. The hotel is very quiet and clean with a nice lobby for people watching. There is a laptop with free internet in a quiet corner of the lobby for guests' use. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with mini-bar, tv (with only CNN in English) and a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was well equipped and clean. My only gripe about the room is that there is no kettle. Overall, its very nice and comfortable although if you dont have a car you might find it just a little far out of town, so once you`re in for the evening that`s it.

“Beautiful hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

Rooms are modern and clean. You can charge your American cell phone in the bathroom outlet! Great because I didn't have my converter. The setting is beautiful in the hills just above town but only a twenty minute walk to the Piazza del Duomo... which you will need after the delicious meals in the restaurant.

They have onsite parking which is another advantage of being located outside the Centro Storico. The buffet breakfast features a wide variety of European and American items so you'll be able to fuel up properly for a long day of touring, or chilling by the pool.

This was my second visit and I definitely will be back.

“Clean and quite hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2011

The staff was very friendly and toloreable with my 2 1/2 year old daughte. The room was very clean, bathroom spacy enough a nice balcony, but the bed was a bit hard if you like hard beds than it should be alright (too hard for my back). Outstanding breakfast the food there were fresh and delicious. Very close to Sienna, Florence, Pisa and great connection to the highway. Very quiet place to stay and we will definitely try to stay there again.

Room Tip: Junior suite is quite spacy enough for three people (2 adults, 1 child)
