My wife and I spent one night here and it was a very pleasant stay. We were the only ones in the B & B for the night and staff arrived promptly in the morning to serve us breakfast at our designated wake up time. The B & B shares a building with a small grocery, which is convenient. They have a free parking lot just behind the building. There is an excellent restaurant a short walk down the road from the hotel. Our room overlooked the town church and you will hear the bells on rooms overlooking the street. The B & B is not actually in Montepulciano. It is in Acquaviva, which is a short drive away. It was a nice small town experience with virtually no tourists if you want an authentic experience. Also, we happened to leave our electric converter equipment at the hotel when we departed and when we contacted staff Fabiola about this she agreed to send the converter to us in the States for free. We very much appreciated the efforts of the staff here.
