Outlet Sweet Venice was perfect. It was like out little apartment in Mestre. Very very clean and quiet. Two blocks from the bus that takes you straight to Venice and a few more to the train station. Maurizio gave us all the information we needed to enjoy the best of Mestre and Venice. Maps, books, advice... and always with a friendly smile. I have already given my family his information because they are planning a trip to Venice to. This location was also great because it was close to supermarkets, pharmacies and amenities you'd only find at home. LOVE LOVE LOVEd it! Can't wait to go back.

Maurizio's B&B is what you need to enjoy your stay in Venice. Perfect location (a few steps from the bus stop and train station, and 10 mins by bus to the Venice centre), big and cozy room.

Maurizio was really helpful and friendly. In a few minutes he gave us every information about buses, ferries and restaurants. Very professional.

Even though we spent a only one night, me and my girlfriend, had a wonderful time.

Just returned from a 3day stay.The location is ideal good restaurants nearby not costing an arm and a leg like in Venice.The accomodation is spotlessly clean ,the area is nice and quiet and of cou rse there is Maurizio the owner such a helpful man hes there to make good suggestions eg bus to Venice direct just round the corner The huge Pam supermarket the same recommendations for dining there isnt anything hes not able to help you with.I cant recommend outlet sweet Venice enough.and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. We stayed in Outlet Sweet Venice in June this year during our honeymoon. We had booked a double suite a week before and didnt know what to expect from b&b or the locality as it was our 1st trip to venice (2 days). The B&b is very close to the train station and a taxi costs under 10 euros, which is great if u have a lot of luggage. We found our room to be extremely lovely, the area quiet and charming and the hosts - Maurizio and Giovanna - complete gems. They aquaint you with the area, the bus routes to venice and answer every and any question that you may have. we hung around in mestre on the 2nd day and the neighbourhood has a very nice pizzeria, a local cafe, a cute bar where you get great campari-sodas and a restaurant. We have already recommended the b&b to our friends! P.S. - Giovanna does some excellent paintings w.r.t venice which are very unique and beautiful!
