Me and my wife stayed with Lussy for 2 days.
Could not dream about better B&B at the lake.
The place and the view - breathtaking.
The place - extremely well kept and clean.
You have all the appliances in the kitchen, Lussy and Santino are helpful and nice.
We arrived at 2am, after getting a little lost - Santino was waiting for us.
Bottom line - very recommended.

“Beautiful property!”
We spent 4 nights with Lucia at her wonderful B&B. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped, and the view of Lago di Como, across to Varenna and Bellano, south to Bellagio was just stunning! We loved sitting out on the terrace and watching the sun set over the lake. Breakfast was delicious, and Lucia was very friendly and accommodating. There is a fabulous ristorante/pizzeria right next door.
The only drawback for us - traveling by bus and train - was getting to and from the B&B from Menaggio. It's quite a hike up the hill (40 minutes), bus service is not convenient and ends at about 6 pm, and there can be a long wait for a cab. Lucia picked us up in town when we arrived, and took us back to the boat dock when we left, so we didn't have to deal with hauling our luggage around, but the location did make for limited time spent in Menaggio and around the area. I wouldn't recommend staying here without a car, but if you have one, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
