This property is located on the mountainside overlooking Lake Como and the mountains on the other side. Although we had a bit of difficulty finding it, as the expression goes “the best places in Italy are off the beaten tracks.” From Piero and Fiammeta’s B&B, you could throw a rock into Lake Como--if you have a good arm. Their home is an amazing piece of paradise—both beautiful and peaceful.

The rooms each have a small eating area for breakfast when the weather is too cool to enjoy it on the terrace. The breakfasts provided were delicious. Fiametta also served us limencello on the terrace the night before we departed from Italy to the U.S. saying it would help us sleep—and it did.

The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. We encountered a serious problem with losing an American passport in Varenna—a town located on the opposite side of Lake Como from Piero and Fiamettas’s B&B. We were able to retrieve the U.S. passport very quickly, but would have been unable to do so without our hosts’ good intervention. Without their help, one member of our traveling party would have been stranded in Italy.

We would return to Piero and Fiametta’s B&B again, in an instant!

Beautiful place with unbelievable views overlooking Lake Como. Very warm welcome and a gorgeous, clean and spacious apartment. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight - we had a delicious spread overlooking the lake...doesn't get much better than that.

This immaculate and romantic B&B combines a bird's eye view of Lake Como with super clean, thoughtfully arranged accomodations, topped off by helpful, courteous and warm hospitality. There's not much else to wish for here ... except more time to relax and enjoy the serenity from high above Lake Como. We hope to be back with family in the future.

Stayed in the Camilia room, which was lovely! Had a picnic on our veranda with a wonderful view of Lake Como. Our hosts greeted us with a cocktail after our arrival. The breakfasts, deliciously prepared by Fiammetta, were a great way to start our days.Gave us a good suggestion of a restaurant down the road from their home. Would recommend this B&B to everyone who wants to relax and take in the wonderful view of the Lake! Thank you again, Fiammetta and Piero, for making our stay one to remember!
