We stayed in this hotel during July and to be honest, teh rooms were perfect, clean, with minibar and bathroom.
It was big-hotel-like unpersonnal, but ok till there.
The second night we stayed they choose to give a wedding party with very loud music, which made the whole hotel bounce on its fundations. I had to go twice to the desk to get a quiet room. At the moment the whole lobby was filled with guests who could not sleep.
I cannot understand how a hotel that presents themselves as very high quality and wellness resort allow such a thing.
Or you are an hotel, or you organise parties, not both.
I complained when we left at the desk but we were not offered a compensation. A real let down this hotel...
Will never stay here again, and I will advise my friends not to go there. They are just a money making factory to me.

there are few hotels in southern italy that have impressed me, and this is certainly one of them. Regio hotel manfredi is a much overdue relaxing oasis nestled about 3 kms outside the beautiful seaside town of Manfredonia .Perfectly situated on SP58 , away from the narrow congested streets of manfredonia, it offers cheap accomodation without compromise.most rooms(like the one i had) have great views of the Gulf of Manfredonia on one side and the gargano mountain structure on the other.rooms are generous in space and all fixtures work.Breakfast room is very large and accomodating, with a good variety of 'italian style breakfast" delicacies.Ample, secure parking is FREE(gates shut at 1am), courteous and professional looking reception staff attend to your every need,The hotel also has a fitness/wellness centre, which should be included in your tariff.Gents can also freely buff the shoes on every floors foyer, just something extra that you would not normally find.Travellers do yourselves a favour: go to manfredonia and sample TOMMASINO'S ICE CREAM, it is to die for(mainly open from 7pm).I would reccomend this hotel in a heartbeat!clean, fresh looking , very cheap make all the right elements for a very relaxing stay.WELL DONE REGIO HOTEL!!

This is not somewhere you would come on holiday, nor would you expect to find such a huge luxury hotel complex. Italy is full of surprises. This Hotel is excellent and very clean and modern with every comfort you could want, including a SPA complex.

The rooms were very well laid out with good quality furnishings and toiletries. The breakfast choice was great for Italy where their concept of breakfast extends only to a pre-packaged cake and a coffee.

Location is both a blessing and a curse, the hotel is approximately 5 KM from the town of Manfredonia where there is an Irish Pub and a fabulous restaurant called Cupolo Rosso, you need a car to get anywhere.

Service was minimal but not rude. Just don't expect much help: this clearly is a business hotel designed more to hold small meetings than for the average tourist. Knowledge of area was lacking. This being said, if you're the type of person who plans on your own and is looking for clean, safe, easy to access hotel for a reasonable price, you'll be entirely satisfied. Restaurant is very good, with large portions (you are warned), but here again you should know what you want and not expect some kind of helpul recommendation of any sort.
