Hotel Peler has a great location and fantastic view of the Castle. Elke, the owner was extremely helpful and I was allowed to check in early having arrived at 8am. The room was bright and airy with a balcony facing the castle. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of warm bread rolls & croissants, meats, cheeses, eggs and jams. Elke even baked seed bread and plenty of tea or coffee to set you up for the day.
I was visiting Malcesine for a wedding and she was helpful in providing an iron for my dress and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The service was impeccable, Elke was always friendly and willing to help out if she could and i didn;t have to change rooms when my friend left so a double room for the price of a single.. not bad.
I had originally booked at the hotel garni san marco but after reading a review on tripadvisor i contacted them and they did not reply so changed my mind about that place immediately and am very glad that i did.
