We stayed there for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel, nice and comfortable rooms, great cuisine, delicious wines, superb spa area and fantastic service. We stayed in a standard room 306 which we really liked. It was spacious and comfortable, we loved the mattress - very comfy! The room has 2 balconies and a lovely view of the mountains to the left. The staff of the hotel is great, superb service at the front desk/reception, very nice waiters, fantastic pick up/drop off service to and from the Groste lift/Madonna Di Campiglio and great maids doing a fantatic cleaning job at least 2 times a day. The wellness area is great, we especially loved the bio sauna. We were lucky to be there when the hotel was not really full so we could enjoy the wellness area on our own. It did get busier during our last 2 days with some people coming from outside of the hotel. We guess it must be getting really crowded during high season which can be a downside. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The only issue for us was sometimes innacurate translation of the menu to english. For example with desserts it always said that something was a "cake" and in reality most of the time it was not a cake, but some sort of pudding or mousse.. It was not a big deal for us, however it was rather misleading and could be changed for benefit of people who don't understand italian. Overall great hotel and we will definately come back!
