We, two twenty-somethings, stayed there for three nights and it was an altogether pleasant stay. The room was a little on the small side but offered enough space to store luggage - the bath, on the other hand, might best be described as tiny but it thankfully included a bidet. Everything felt clean and rather new. A major plus was the excellent air conditioning which is apparently available in every room. There also was a balcony, a TV and a small safe (no mini-bar). A beach umbrella is not included in the price (as it is in many other hotels in Lignano), but can be rented for the reasonable price of 5 Euros per day. Breakfast ,which is only available till 9:30, was what one would expect in this day and age - I would deem the coffee superb (considering the lousy quality of coffee often found in budget hotels). Located in the generally pretty tranquil neighborhood of La Pineta we never felt disturbed by traffic or other audial annoyances. The beach was a 10-15 minutes walk away. Considering that this is one of the cheapest hotels in all of Lignano, the service offered is of remarkable quality and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only negative aspect were the cleaning ladies: there were no "do not disturb"-signs so they, after our first night in the hotel, marched right in after a quick knock - doesn't everyone just love that!?!
