We picked this hotel due to its room rate and after visiting its website. Most hotels in Jesolo are very expensive.
Communication with the owners was very good and they supplied me with detailed instructions on arriving by bus (we came from ferry to Punto Sabbioni then bus into Jesolo). Just a few minutes walk from the Piazza Internationale. The hotel is just before the roundabout on the left and a few streets back from the beach. Also within walking distance of the water park. It took around 15 minutes to walk there pushing a buggy.
Our room was on the second floor (no lift) and had a double bed and two fold out bunk beds that were stored on the wall. Bathroom was small - more like a wetroom with toilet, sink and shower only.
Breakfast was very impressive. A large spread of cereals, boiled eggs, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and pastries, tea, coffee, etc. As much as you can eat.
Each room has its own sunlounger and umbrella reserved at the beach. This is included in the room price. No need to rush to the beach early to reserve a chair.
Beware mosquitoes this time of year (June). We got eaten alive. Cover up in the evening.
