Had a lot of trouble finding the place because it's located in the town of FIUGGI TERME, not the town of Fiuggi as the address stated (they're 2 different towns next to each other.) We came in by the back way and did not use the directions posted on their web site. If we'd come from that direction, it would've been easier to find. Once we finally found the place, it was a very nice stay. Extremely roomy rooms, plenty of light, front desk was superior, room was very clean with a very nice view, even tho a room with view was not requested. Internet access is free to hotel guests any time of day or night. This is the finest Best Western property we've ever stayed, and it definitely takes it up a few notches over the typical Best Westerns in the U.S. We used it as a base of operations for sightseeing within a 50 miles radius and probably should've stayed longer to enjoy the thermal baths in the area. Lunch & dinner food & wine selections in their restaurant are fairly good, but not as good as I would've expected from the way the hotel looked and was run; however, the breakfast buffet that comes with the room is excellent and better than any other place we stayed during our 24 day trip thru Italy. When passing thru this region of Italy, we'd definitely stay here again.
