La ringrazio per aver dedicato il suo tempo nell'esprimere i suoi apprezzamenti in seguito al suo soggiorno presso il nostro albergo.
Ogni anno il continental apporta miglioramenti ai suoi servizi in special modo riguardo alla sicurezza dei ns. Ospiti. Il garage è dotato di Video sorveglianza e viene aperto solo su richiesta dell'ospite. La sicurezza ha purtroppo un costo che noi cerchiamo di "offrire" a tutti i ns. Ospiti nel giusto rapporto, come avrà potuto notare dalle ns informazioni (e listino) poste sul banco del Ricevimento.

Nella speranza di poterla accogliere in un prossimo soggiorno, colgo l’occasione per porgerle i miei più cordiali saluti.
