We spent 2 weeks in this lovely residence in the heart of Alassio and would love to come again.
The rooms were clean, stylish and rather spacious, which is a rare thing to find in the center of Alassio. The place seemed to be recently renovated and everything looked like new despite the age of the house. Due to the sea front location on the promenade it was a bit noisy and if you go to sleep early and leave a window open you will hear music and chatting very clear.
The owner was very frienfdly and helpful making our stay even more pleasant. His passion for keeping the residence in a perfect shape is amasing.

We have been visiting Le Terrazze for many years with our children. We have always found the owners to be welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very simple, kept beautifully clean with sofa beds and a kitchenette. The location and views across the sea are breathtaking.

Very friendly and helpfull stuff. The apartments are clean and have all facilities, the location is great - in the center of Alassio, just on the sea, all shops, supermarkerts and restaurants are nearby on walking distance.Our children loved the place very much and looking forward for the next summer in le Terrazze.

We have been going to Le Terrazze and its sister residence Villa Firenze for a few years now. It is just the best stay. The apartments are very beautiful, the standard is very high in everything they do. The owners and staff are so professional and jet extremely friendly they make you feel so at ease! Don't waste your time shopping around for a residence. This is the one and only in Alassio!
