The hotel is located a very short drive from the magnificent Greek Temple Valley (on the way to Agrigento). The town itself where the hotel is located is not attractive at all ... your best pick would be a port town of San Leone (4km away featuring good restaurants and some life, although don't go there before 8pm).
We had problems with finding the hotel as we were following the map provided by booking.com. It's at the main road (on the left when coming from Agrigento). Free private parking in front of the hotel came extremely handy.
Check-in was very fast (15sec or so; probably the fastest check-in ever).
Our room was located on the 1st floor - this became a big disadvantage as the room window was facing a patio (with a palm tree in the middle); so in theory anybody could look into the room; however we never spotted anybody outside. Decor of the room was very "cold" with terracotta floors both in the bathroom and in the room - hospital feeling. Very basic furniture. Small and old TV. Our double bed was actually a joint twin bed. Bathroom featured a very small shower area (you wouldn't like to drop a soap in there).
At 8am we were the only guests for breakfast. Breakfast was basic, but good; featuring both a selection of ham and cheese as well as warm pastries.
One of the reasons why we picked this particular hotel was its swimming-pool. However it was closed both in the morning and in the evening.
Very good customer service both at the reception and breakfast.
One night cost us 63 EUR incl. breakfast.
If I was to visit Agrigento again, then most probably I would have selected the same hotel for my future stay, but not for more than one night.
