Have just spent three very pleasant nights at Victoria Lodge, and would be pleased to recommend it to anyone. Certainly the best value accomodation I have ever experienced.
Delightful Hosts, very well equiped bedrooms, Lovely Bar, Lounge area, and dining room.
Shall certainly return when I am next on the Island.

from the time we rang up to book, we had a good feeling about this hotel, when we arrived we were not disappointed.
We were warmly welcomed, and we were given a list of attractions for the surrounding area and the IOW. (highly recommend the Ghost Walk)
Our room was lovely and it made us feel at home.
The home cooked food faultless, and the company of the Sallyann and Peter made us feel welcome and included.
WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY

we were on a short break and would highly recommend the Victoria Lodge. Peter and SallyAnne are great hosts and everything was spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and meals were excellent.

What a pleasure it was to stay at the victoria lodge! Peter, SallyAnne and family made our stay so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. We found the hotel spotlessly clean and the room and bed comfortable. The lounge is lovely and cosy and the cooked breakfast was more than ample. I am sure that if there was something you particularly wanted - for example - "Special K", if it wasn't there the first morning it would be there on the second., or a powerful shower, then you would be put in a room that has a shower room and not one with a bath that has an attached shower. After all, if you don't tell "Mein Host" then he is not going to know is he!!
SallyAnn and Peters knowledge of the Island attractions is worth sounding out, as is their knowledge of eateries.
We enjoyed our stay with them immensley and will be back.
Oh, and look for Honey - she's gorgeous!!

Having stayed here earlier in the year I decided to stop at the Victoria lodge again. Once again Sally-Anne, Peter and staff were flawless. We stayed in a different room this time round and once again it was immaculate. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfy too ;0). Breakfast was great and very needed to start the day and revive from the night before! Thank you very much once again to Sally-Anne, Peter and staff for a comfortable and enjoyable week. Top draw
