We made yet another visit to Chris and Lyn and the Miclaran (oh and not forgetting the lovely Reggie) and their care, enthusiasm, and sense of humour make this the very best of places to stay on the island. And then of course there are the yummy breakfasts with loads of choices.
The rooms are spotless,comfortable and most have breathtaking views - it is peaceful and quiet yet just a stroll away from all the activity. A short walk takes you onto the cliff path, where we discovered with Lyn's help, Blueberry's - a little cliff-top bistro which have wonderful tapas and a fabulous Rioja! Only seats a few people inside but a happy, relaxed and friendly place that's worth a visit.
We took my dad and friend - two octogenarians - and Chris and Lynn helped to make their stay perfect. They will take back some lovely memories.
