Stayed for two nights but feel I have have eaten enough breakfast to last me all week.Thank heavens for the special sausages. Heather was a very generous hostess and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfy bed and en-suite, not forgetting the tea and biccies in the room. Ideally located for mooching round the town. We will be back !!!!!!!! Amanda

We stayed in Mill Stream House recently for just one night at the end of a 4 day walk from Salisbury to Christchurch - but we will definitely be returning. Heather the owner was absolutely delightful and very quickly made us feel at home. We had a delicious breakfast with good conversation and she kindly allowed us to leave our bags there whilst we explored Christchurch before returning to London by train. She was very warm and welcoming and we will certainly be recommending her to our fellow travellers! Thank you Heather. Marie and Richard

My partner Kevin and I stayed at millstream house over easter 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Heather was a wonderful, friendly host. Our room was finished to a 5* standard with a beautiful modern ensuite, bath & power shower. We enjoyed a different breakfast each morning and I am quite particular about my food preparation and I was suitably impressed. I had full english, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and on the final day smoked haddock with poached eggs. We were there for easter Sunday and Heather had prepared an easter display with little gifts for the guests at breakfast which was a really nice touch. We can't wait to return for our next visit. Recommend for couples, friends and solo travelers who are looking for a quiet relaxing break in Christchurch. Well positioned for restaurants.
