We arrived on a cold Friday night to find a warm, welcoming house, with even more welcoming hosts :). When taken up to our room, we found it to be spacious and well kept, with a nice en-suite, decent tv, comfy bed and loads of storage for our gear. The house was warm and quiet (the street outside never seemed to be either busy or noisy), and we had a great sleep!

In the morning we sauntered down for breakfast and had a very nice cooked breakfast and a good chat with our hosts, David and Jayne. This was repeated the next morning also, with the service we received being excellent.

We'll definitely be back to relax in this very special Guest house.

Just got back home from a 4 day stay at the end of November and was eager to offer my review of David & Jaynes guesthouse. The luxury Double Room & bathroom was immaculate as was the rest of the house. The breakfasts were great and filling which were perfect for our daily treks. David & Jayne were very helpful and recommended the 'Craig' pub to us which had a great atmosphere and delicious home-made pies (Beryl & Robbie were great hosts). All in all a B&B which has everything going for it and would definitely come back again.

I stayed at Dunallan House (6 days) together with my father in law in October 2011. The stay was just perfect: very friendly hosts David & Jayne, nice & clean rooms, a spacious bathroom. The "full Scottish breakfast" was a great start of our day.

A big thanks to David & Jayne for their efforts. This is definately a B&B to recommend!

My wife and I stayed in the top bedroom with a huge separate private bathroom across the corridor. Both bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed was extremely comfy and shower was great. Delicious breakfast. David and Jane were veery friendly and helpful. All together a very pleasant stay. This stay was part of a big tour of Scotland and Orkney, and Dunallan was the best B&B we had.
