Sam and Gregg are the perfect hosts. Great hotel with lovely clean rooms. Meals are sooooo good ! The lemon cheesecake and bread and butter pudding are so yummy. Secure parking an advantage. Quiet location and walking distance to all attractions. Been coming here for five years now and have made so many new friends who are all regulars. My 11 year old son loves the comfy beds and big rooms. You will arrive as guests and leave as friends. Fantastic value for money. Recommend to all.

my husband and i went here for a relaxing holiday in one of the best hotels you could ever find .sam and gregg make you so welcome it's like being at home .to my surprise as it was my birthday the made me a lovely birthday cake , we have been going there for the last 3 years as it's the freindlyest place we've stayed at 'that's why we keep going back .

We stayed for one week at this small family run hotel ,the food was first class and plenty of it too much for me at times
They have guests that come back time and time again so it made it home from home
The rooms are very nice and plenty of draws and clothes hangers very clean
Greg and Sam the owners are first class hosts nothings too much bother for they accomodate for all needs
we will be returning again .
