this hotel is not at all 4-star hotel.it is centrally located.the room is small not clean .the air conditioning in the room wasnt working properly.the wireless wasnt working.there were problems in the bathroom where the door wasnt closing and the other person in the room can hear you.the breakfast was good but it wasnt appropriate for a 4-star hotel.the staff was unfriendly and not helpful.i would definitely not recommend this hotel not even to my enemy!

A fairly central hotel, walking distance to most attractions and shops. Helpful staff, especially when we had a flight problem. Attractive rooms, although a little noisy as overlooking a main road. Good bathroom and shower. Breakfast fine, plentiful, good choices, if unexciting.

Location is central and easy access to main sites in city, BUT area is noisy, rooms not very clean, glass doors in shower/toilet were very noisy on opening closing, access cards to room need replacing 4 times during a 3 night stay.
I will give credit to the lady who prepared breakfast and did all the cleaning and serving in the restaurant, the rest were indifferent to any polite requests we made...this hotel cannot be rated 4 star as I would hate to think what a 3 star would be like

I stayed at this hotel with friends, and were given 2 rooms. The service upon arrival was non existent, we were just given our room cards and went to the rooms, which were small, not so clean, and full of cigarette smell. Breakfast is mediocre. Service at reception is not typical to a 4 star hotel, and not at all personal, given the small number of rooms. The only positives are the good soundproofing and the airconditioning-although noisy-.
