We have spent 15 days during July in this hotel, my family with 2 girls. We were in Anatole suite on the beach with private pool and in front the beach. Everything looks promising, excellent accommodation, beautiful pool, beach even was hard to enter to water due to stones... But after 5 days we found in the pool dead rat. I informed reception and day after they came and promised to disinfect pool and told us that it is now OK. But, day after my daughters became ill, huge pain in ears..., than me, my brother, wife. We were ill whole vacation and whole month after that, whole summer we spent visiting hospitals. This is unacceptable for 5 starts hotel with such high price!!!

This time was the 5th experience at this hotel and for us is still the best place in Greece as staff,service,sea water(and we have been in Santorini,Corfu,Crete,Rhodos,Kos).If we had a problem,in two minutes it was solved.The staff is very friendly and helpful(Special thanks to the manager George Pileas).THe Akrogiali taverna is excellent with live music(Tsakis Bravas Is the singer)The sea.... oh my god. The best sea.Very clear. :-) :D

i don't know if this hotel is a 5star one as it claims. Staf were great and eager to oblige.

Just got back from a 7 night stay june 17th. Great if you want a really relaxing holiday, gardens great and sea is a two minute walk through them. Lots of water sports on the front and a bar as well. Pool at the sister hotel Athos fantastic, olympic size and spotless and no fighting for parasolls! Brochure a little misleading as bars restaurants and any entertainment (very little) is in sister hotel but not a problem as its a minute walk from the villa princess theofano. Food great lots of choice and staff friendly. Both hotels spotlessly clean, rooms a little basic though. Can be a little noisy if staying at the back as local disco is just down the road and you hear the music till 6 in the morning but only weekends so if possible see if you can get a front facing room but having said that if you close the doors on the balconys its not too bad. Still a really good holiday and well worth another visit for relaxing in the sun with a lot of friendly staff around.
