The only reason you'd want to stay here is to save money.
PLUSES.
PARKING. Its own parking lot right next to the hotel.
QUIET. Edge of town.
WARM. Although wet and chilly outside, in the room we were warm.
BREAKFAST. Generous (typical) cold breakfast buffet. Warm bacon/weiners/boiled eggs.
MINUSES.
BUILDING Old, very unkept, internally and externally. Very narrow, depressing interior halls.
BATHROOM. Shower curtain that swung across half of the bathroom including both the toilet and low, open shower stall - so it offered no sprinkle-protection at all, ensuring that the bathroom floor got drenched when showering (and thus water got tracked all over the room). Cracked sink/old toilet. Cracked wooden door frames. Bathroom window with 'blinds' adjacent to the next room's bathroom - so experienced their sounds/water splashing.
BED. Double bed very small.
Another person on this site comments on the staff - the receptionist kindly came with me to seek a better shower-curtain situation; unfortunately, as he'd predicted, we didn't find one.
Also, our friend in the next room observed: noisy central heating in the middle of the night; their blow dryer and fridge were not working.
