The studio is clean, quiet and well equipped. It is located within walking distance of a small supermarket, moped hire (in my opinion essential for exploring Patmos) and Skala. As mentioned in other reviews there are no views from the terrace but i think that is why it is so much cheaper than it's nearest competitor. My only gripe was that we were told it would be €35 a night and in the end we were charged €40. It was worth it so I didn't question it, but I felt it was a little dishonest and left me with a slight bitter taste.

We stayed in this pretty and relaxed hotel and loved the little balcony surrounded by colourful flowers.The hotel is clean, comfortable,
and well-run, and we appreciated the little extra touches like plenty of tea/coffee and a gift of wine and cake.

Stayed at VK for six days as part of a two week trip to the Dodecanese. Even though the Blue Star boat from Kos arrived at 11:30 PM, Debbie picked me and a couple of other travellers up and drove us back to VK. Lovely room, great off-season rates, relaxing balcony where I enjoyed much feta, olives and wine! Patmos was great and I didn't want to leave - Villa Knossos was the perfect place to stay. Debbie was a great source of local info too - ask her about the best places to shop and buy local delicacies, if you're sticking around for a while. Highly recommended and many thanks Debbie!

We stayed for six nights on the beautiful island of Patmos and we were very happy at Villa Knossos. Well located on the edge of Skala near the harbor, we could walk everywhere although we did rent a car to get around the island. We stayed in one of the rooms in the main building (where the owner lives upstairs) that had a great efficiency set-up and a nice terrace surrounded by greenery. Debbie, the owner, was incredibly accomodating and picked us up at the Port and and took us back there late at night to catch our out-bound ferry. Yes, there is some industrial work around the Villa but it never bothered us.
