As with other guests, Thomas Cook put us up in this hotel due to our flight being delayed more than 8 hours. We waited over an hour queuing to check in, as there were 300 guests who all arrived together. The room felt as though it had not been cleaned for a long time; stale water in the wc pan; poor reception on the TV; noisy corridors and worst of all was the food. I have never been offered such poorly prepared and poor quality food on any holiday - Being a food lover, i rarely turn my nose up, however this was an exception. We left the food on our plates and walked across the road to the supermarket for a sandwich. Please let us never return!
