Very small hotel. Appartaments rather.

We have bought the most expensive 1 bedroom apartament with Half Board.

The food was an mistake. Not tasty, not good looking, low quality, almost the same every day. We had to support ourselves with real greek, but self made, salad with local wine or outdoor eating...
You had to pay extra for any drink (soft & alcoholic) for the dinner. We order once a bottle of wine... You can buy one with better quality for as low as 2,5 EUR next store. Then we've paid about 8.

The rooms were quite big and ok but the bathroom was dissapointing (especially the small and ugly shower).

Though small, the pool is ok. To the beach you need to walk about 500m (they say it's only 150m :-) ) This part of beach is really very beautiful. We checked that on the long walk through it.

The room service (changing towels and cleaning) was every 2 days only. The hotel service was rather poor. There is no WIFI. You need to pay extra for air conditioning (6,5EUR/day). No parking place. The hotel is managed by family. They are trying to be very "frendly" with you, but it's rather agressive than polite.

On the pool side, at the bar they are playing every day a rap. That is quite irritating.

It's worth of 200EUR per week per room for 2 if you are looking for budget holidays in Crete. But do not buy any meal with it! The best offer we found on www.holiday2greece.com. By the way, they have excellent service!
