We've stayed 12 days in a maisonette in Chrispy World. The maisonettes are first floor, bathroom is renewed, room is small but OK. Breakfast has very much choice, lunch and dinner are pretty much the same but always enough choice. Fries, rice, pasta, meat, fish and vegetables and a large salad bar. Desert is the same every day; 2 cakes and (water)melon and icecream. Bar is not that inviting; soda's and water can be tapped yourself (no diet soda). Only beer and wine in allinclusive formula. Also 4 cocktails from 18.00 hrs till 23.00 uur hrs. which are served in large containers, not very attractive. Music and animation is not to be enthousiastic about but this does keep the area quiet. 2 Large pools (the 3rd one was very green and dirty; no one sat there), large grass area and lots of sunchairs and umbrellas available. Personell was polite but reserved. We hired a car for 4 days (garage at the mainroad) for 115 Euro's, not expensive. It's definitely worthwile to go to Elafonissi, Balos and Chania!

we were sent to this hotel after the one we'd booked was closed. We weren't too happy about this at first as some of the reviews were poor. We need not have worried as this was an excellent hotel in almost every way. The food was good although I personally wasn't that keen on the way they cooked fish. The rooms were superb - a good size, spotlessly clean with pleasant views.
The other guests were a mix of Swedish, German, Russian abd other countries with very few British guests. I felt this added to the experience.
The staff were pleasant and the free wireless was a plus.
As ststed in the title, this hotel is at the very western end of the hotel strip near Chania, so you would have to rely on the local buses if you don't have a car. Having siad that the bus service is good with modern coaches, but there is so much to see in the west of Crete that you would be restricted.

The spacious hotel situated in a quiet area, two large swimming pools and good food, nice service, to the rocky beach very close. Excellent place for people who value peace, especially for families with children. We took in the hotel and rented a two poslki samochodd for 2 tygodnei our stay was great, hotel is perfectly located for local beaches and attractive places to visit, the food quite good, in the immediate vicinity of the beach clean, but no knocks, pebbly, with sand at entrance to the sea, but as the surrounding beaches and Falasrnna sensational Elafonisis

Very nice for relaxing holiday. Clean, nice pool, easy to rent a car and travel around.
. Could be more food verity but personally I am not fussy. will go there again
