The first impression was not so good. We have arrived very late and after 30 minutes locking for a place to park and a lot of stairs climbed with our heavy suitcases we found Angeliki’s. The studio although clean had an intense smell perhaps because it was very hot and the windows were closed. In the morning everything seemed different, we had the possibility to have our breakfast in our balcony and it was a real privilege to see the beautiful sea in Agios. We have stayed 8 nights in Angeliki’s and were very pleased to have chosen Agios N. for our stay in Crete. We didn’t like Malia or Sissi and we found a perfect beach nearby (around 12 km west) called Vulisma. We’ll be back…and a special thank to Manos.

rooms very clean.regular change of linen and cleaning of room.excellent service Manos the owner is very helpful will do what he can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
sea view rooms are our choice to stay in with balcony.location is excellent close to all beaches ten minute walk in both directions one just across the road outside Angeliki and five minute walk to the lake and the many tavernas and bars in aghios nikoloas. hospitality is first class made to feel very welcome. have stayed at Angeliki's many times before and can't wit to return again next summer.

Stayed in a single room, rather small but clean and well appointed with a balcony and harbour view. Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast included, fast free wifi.

We were arriving late on one night and checking into the Alantha apts the following day so we decided to go for Angeliki's Guest House as it was super cheap and included breakfast. When we arrived the man (who i presume is Angeliki!) met us straight away, gave us the key and was very friendly.

When you walk into the apartment building it STINKS of anti-insect spray. The room itself also really stank. It was pretty unbearable. We went out for the night are were avoiding going back.
Apart from that the place was clean and adequate. There was a 2 ring cooker, sink and basic crockery in the room. It was just quite dated.

Angeliki chatted to us as we passed him on the street and seemed very nice. We chose to skip the free breakfast so I don't know what it would be like. If you're looking for somewhere at hostel standards it would be suitable. You get what you pay for.

I was happier to pay slightly more for a place we loved for the rest of the week.
