Was a little bit dubious when I booked these apartments through Thomas Cook as there was only a picture of the swimming pool, but on arrival it was an immense surprise to be greated with a lovely modern, up to date apartment block with all modern mod-cons and air conditioning (very important in the summer heat). The room seemed newly decorated, or very well maintained with either brand new furniture, kitchen and bathroom, or else again, very highly maintained. Each apartment had it's only little balcony with seating which was lovely to enjoy the sea and pool views.
The apartments couldn't get any closer to the beach, they are ideally situated in the middle of the strip in Agia Marina, directly opposite a supermarket. The pool, leads directly into the bar/restuarant which is on the beach. Only apartment residents are allowed use of the pool which keeps it nice and quiet as most prefer the beach, which was clean and the sea was beautifully clear and cool. The beach also has some watersports a little further down including jet skis, banana boats and parasailing etc.
On arrival at the apartments the air conditioning is 45 euros for a week and the safety deposit box is ten. All well worth it, although be careful, we were a bit too enthusiastic with the air conditioning and woke up freezing in the middle of the night.
The staff couldn't be friendlier and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone we spoke to around the pool was delighted with the hotel. I highly recommend this apartments.
