Great location, beautiful and modern hotel, but services a bit Expensive (ie, the both insane and misterious 25-euro-a-day wifi Internet found IN some european hotels). Good gym, despite a bit small. Convenient Europcar garage in the hotel.

We booked this hotel for New Year eve due to its excelent location and good reviews.

We were a party of 6 adults and a 7 months baby. Initially we were impressed by the reception staff and hotel looks. However this first impressions didn't last long.

We upgraded all rooms to the "Collection" on the 7th floor. The room was spacious, after leaving the baby to rest in the bed we realized the room was infested with ants, after 5 mins our lugage and baby clothes were invaded by ants!!! we rapidly left the room and complained to the reception about this. They were very apologetic and we were immediatly check in in another room in the same floor. Another spacious room with view to nowhere (interior view). The first night was OK, and then we had to take a shower...the drain was blocked and the bath overflow, the "rain" shower was plugged and it was falling all over the place. The radio/alarm didn't work and to top it up the AC stop working on the 2nd day. We have to slep with the window open!! not what you expect when you check in at a 5 star hotel.

I demanded to talk to the hotel manager who went to the room and witness by himself the condition of the room we were in, we were offered another room...3rd room in a 4 days stay!!?? so I declined and asked for all the problems to be resolved asap. The manager was very keen and active in trying to resolve the problems. However upon our return the AC was still not working. For all this I got 1 night free, but still make the trip an unpleasant experienced.

The families in the other two rooms had problems also: AC didn't work and phone not working.

I have to acknowledge the attitude of the manager and staff in trying to resolve the problems, but the fact is that it was not a pleasant stay.

Another recommendation for the hotel: increase maning levels on reception or have a Concierge, you normally have to wait 5-10 mins to be attended in reception.

once again, here i was in one of my favorites hotels in Lisbon...Tivoli Lisboa. The location is outstanding, but what i really like is the professionalism of the Team, they will make you feel at home. Once again i had dinner in my room, and the choice could not have been better, simply a delicious Tornedo, a delicate piece of beef lightly grilled with spices that melted in my mouth. Simply...delicious. The coutesy and friendship of all employees is amazing and feels like home. Thank you once again and i will return. Condeço, Açores, Portugal.

Tivoli is an excelent 5 Star Hotel in the middle of Lisbon. just a short walk to the plaza Restauradores. The rooms al allmost renovated in a very stylish design. Breakfast is absolutly great. I like this hotel very much!
