Booked a 7 night stay via Vogage Prive great value had a deluxe room fantastic views , well appointed room 6 ft bed beautiful bathroom
But what sets this hotel apart is excellent caring service from all staff Moira on reception and Gianni in the restaurant deserve extra praise

I had an accident on holiday so couldn't enjoy all of the wonders Umbria had to offer but the hotel and staff views etc were some compensation

We arrived into town by car for a four night stay late from the 29th of August. The hotel was difficult to find, unfortunately we came up the hill instead of down and struggled to find the place as it is up around to the right on a steep incline. If you come from the top of the hill, being the Piazza Monteluce, you will not have trouble locating it on your left before the bend. The hotel was great. The staff were all great. We had a fantastic room, and for my husband, who travels a lot to state it is one of the best, says something.Room was a great size as was the bathroom.Very modern and roomy. Wifi available. We got a complementary drink on the terrace up on the roof and the view was incredible. The pool was great and there were heaps of seating. Nice place to spend the afternoon after a day travelling to near by towns. Breakfast was a buffet and plenty of food to be had. We would sit outside on the terrace in the sun. We chose to have dinner in house one night and it was lovely. Parking available at the hotel. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to town. Quite a few steep streets to climb too. There is a shuttle but it does not go often enought to be useful. Maps provided by the reception and it was very useful mapping out the major sites to be seen.

We arrived in Perugia, a lively University town, by car so finding Hotel Perusia wasn't difficult. Service on the front desk was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The included breakfast is a buffet of eggs, bacon, meats, cheeses, juices, cereals, buns, coffees, teas, etc and you can eat on the terrace in the sunshine in summer as we did.

The walk to the historic town center takes about 15 mins and is a nice way to burn off all the delicious food (best pizza in all of Italy is at Mediterranea Pizza on the way to town).

Small rooftop pool is a nice way to cool off after a day of walking and sightseeing. Our room was a triple and was spacious. Wifi signal was good and there's a computer off the lobby for public use. Air con worked well and rooms are quiet. Definitely a great place to stay in Perugia! Ah, and parking is free!

We stayed in Perugia for two nights. The hotel was a little complicated to find by car but we just followed the signs once you get near the centre of town. The staff are very helpful and speak english beautifully and gave great restaurant recommendations. The hotel is outside the walls but the walk is easy and parking is free...in fact right at the front door.
The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable and the closet space perfect. The bathrooms are spacious and the shower is magnificent.
There is a swimming pool on the roof and a nice bar with wonderful views.
The breakfast buffet was adequate although very busy.
My only complaint was that the wi-fi was not working in our room, so we had to use wi-fi in the lobby.
Ask for a room with a view as there are some facing the back.
Perugia is great for a couple of nights and Assisi is well worth the visit.
The hotel was great value, not quaint or unique but you cant beat the price. If you want to be right in the main area of Perugia, the best hotel is the Bufani palace. It is perfectly located and very beautiful. We chose not to stay there as there is no free parking or wi-fi or breakfast, but it is pretty.
