A beautiful place! We were welcomed by a nice staff member who walked us through the villa. The yard was amazing. clean sparkling pool and many swings and hammocks. nice ping pong table and relaxing chairs under trees. the hotel has a free shuttle service to the nearest town which is great. the view from our window was simply amazing. breakfast was all right. nice cakes

our room was a bit smallish and had no balcony. at breakfast we noticed some of the guests were served freshly made cappuccino but the not-so-kind waitress only gave us a pot of black coffee and a pot of milk. The price of the dinner is too high and had no variety for vegetarians.

I booked a double room at the Hotel Cassolare to stay just six nights.
The reception was so good, the staff and the service of the hotel were so pleasant, that I decided to stay two nights more.
The location of the hotel is good, just 5 km from the San Gimignano. It is a perfect place to serve as a base to visit Toscana.
Rooms are simple, but have good dimension for two persons and the cleanliness is very efficient.
It have a elevator, wich is very important to the guests who stay at the first floor.
Breakfast very good, including fruits.
Staff very very very helpful and friendly. I'm not afraid to say that the Cassolare Hotel staff was the best I found on my trip.
I would lik to give just two sugestions to the owners: provide control to air conditioning on the rooms and disposal towels to use on the swimming pool free of charge.
I recomend the hotel. It's value for money.

Eu reservei um quarto duplo no Hotel Cassolare por apenas seis noites.
A recepcao foi tao boa, o pessoal e o servico do hotel foram tao agradaveis que eu decidi ficar duas noites a mais.
A localizacao do hotel eh boa, apenas 5 quilometros de San Gimignano. Eh um lugar perfeito para servir de base para visitar a Toscana.
Os quartos sao simples, mas de tamanho adequado para duas pessoas. A limpeza eh bastante eficiente.
Existe elevador, o que eh importante para os hospedes que estao no primeiro andar.
O cafe da manha eh bom e inclui frutas.
O pessoal do hotel eh muito prestativo e amigavel. Nao tenho receio de dizer que foi o melhor pessoal que encontrei nessa viagem pela Italia.
Eu gostaria de dar apenas duas sugestoes para os proprietarios do hotel: providenciar controle do ar condicionado no proprio quarto e disponibilizar toalhas para uso na piscina sem cobranca de valor adicional.
Eu recomendo o hotel. Eh um bom custo-beneficio.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel in September. All was prefect. The weather, the views, the locaton and the hospitality were all excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to visit the Tuscan sights by car. Great access to Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti areas.

The staff were very helpful and provided good information about the area. The breakfast was good, we did not eat dinner at the restaurant. It would be great, if the staff provided more recommedations for meals in the surrounding area.

While a shuttle was made available, the schedule was not very convenient. More times available toward the evening woul allow guests to have dinner in the town. We would stay there again.
