We arrived in Pisa without accomdation and felt after searching for what felt like hours that pisa generally didnt want you to stay over! however we did find this place - i agree with outher reviews - its not a hotel but a quirky guest house run by a lively (non-english speaking) old lady who despite the language barrier will try and make your stay comfortable - we staying in room 10 on the top floor - the beds felt as old as the house itself but suprisingly we slept well on them. toilet was outside our room and shower on the floor below. its fun and quirky but it you're used to five star or fancy hotels with soaps and shower caps provided maybe its not for you.
