Since February this year, I booked 2 double rooms for this Summer. Idid it trough their web page since by e mail the answer was very slow. I PRE-PAID the first night in order to assure the rate they had at that moment, but when did the check out at the hotel, they had changed the rate for the one they had at that moment ¡, We reclaimed, but it was useles...We are still trying to get a refound with the support of American Express.

I would like to thank you for having taken the time to write your feedback concerning your stay with us on TripAdvisor.
I am truly sorry that you left on a bad impression but I assure you that all is linked to a misunderstanding with the initial reservation as I clearly recall discussing the issue with you upon your departure.
The reservation you made on our web site, as stated on the confirmation, was for two double rooms for single occupancy so for a total of 2 persons. When you arrived, your party was of 4 persons. You are right when you say that initially a wrong difference between the double for single use that you booked and the double for double use you occupied, was applied by the receptionist on duty that day but in consideration of this, you know also that the extra charge that has been applied at the end, after our discussion, was less than 50% of what you should normally have paid if there hadn't been that initial mistake. When you left, I was meant to believe that all had been clarified and I was very astonished to read your review.
