Its a good hotel, near to the train station. The roons are note so big, and its not so cheep, but worst it.

Great hotel. A four stars no doubt.
We prepaid the room and arrived very late. Lady from front desk (Giada,very nice girl) gave us room keys, knew that we were tired and did not delay at all checkin. Breakfast was good , fresh products and attentive waiters. Rooms we a little bit small but hey, its italy!

stayed here for a night during my visit to Florence. the check-in and check out experience here was great, very friendly staff, willing to help all the time. Breakfast was great; good variety, nie and fresh food. the room was basic, small but clean. decor could have been better. room may need to be refurbished. bathrooms were good (size and cleanliness). Good location, close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and downtown. Overall, the say was ok but expected more for the price I paid

Trip business to Florence and I slept at Palazzo Ognissanti Hotel. Price was more than ok for Florence (92,00 euro with breakfst and parking included). Room was clean and tiny, quite wide and bathroom was clean and full equipped. Nothing special anyway. Most important plus for this Hotel is however its location: 10 minutes walking distance from Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, etc. Only negative thing was a noise made by elevator as my room was wall to wall with it.
