This hotel delivers the mid-budget traveler's essential needs. It does not have a full service restaurant. Breakfast is self-serve continental + quite good. You can't beat the location. Super clean and ALL the rooms are spacious. I have traveled to Florence for business at least once per year for more than 8 years. Unless I have a short 1-2 day trip where I stay close to the airport, I always come to this hotel. It is basically, two and a half blocks from the Duomo, around the corner from the San Lorenzo Market, 5-10 minute walk to the train station, 10-15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio.

We loved our visit in Florence! Our room was large and comfortable and the view from our window was fantastic.
The very best part of our stay was dinner on the roof top. The food was great and the only regret that I have is that we do not have the name of our waiter/host......he was wonderful!
We felt very pampered, along with our dinner we were given a few little extra treats to taste,
some information on local wines....it was just the best dinner ever!
Very relaxing, friendly....would LOVE to go back.
The hotel is in the perfect location.

We stayed here for our visit to Pitti Uomo and arrived by train coming from Milan. Walking distance from the railway station and very well located in the city center, everything is on walking distance. The room was clean and the view from the terrace is very nice! Breakfast buffet was ok and there were some wine tastings as well on certain evenings. All in all a very nice hotel, good location and we will definitely go back there when in Florence!
