Very cclean, with nice and spacious lounge. Nice room. Only gripe is that there is now a charge for the parking on site, which used to be included in the price and that the street where the hotel is situated, became seedy.

The Hotel was a good base for a 5 day trip to Florence. Comfortable rooms in a quiet hotel. Staff were helpful and had a good command of English. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection of foods on offer.

Clean, neat, rooms comfortable, no big deal. Breakfast typical, waitstaff a bit stiff. BEWARE-at night Via Palazzuola (just up from hotel and a walkway to more central locations) has become a drunk hangout. Many immigrants apparently like to meet on the street or at a "Club". Carabinieri were stationed at intersection until about 7PM. Suspect hotel will have problems if issues not resolved. Area seems to have become a bit "seedy".

You will find all the conveniences of a 4 stars hotel, in a very central location, you are within 15 min walk from most tourist attractions in Florence; a nice surprise - hotel's private parking.
Rooms extremely clean, spacious bathroom, friendly staff (well, mostly), great breakfast. I can think of only 2 minuses: internet access is very expensive and not many options, and per pay TV was not working, though it was advertised.
