We couldn't have asked for better service! Both Simone and Sonia went out of their way to facilitate all our requests with a smile on their face and complete willingness to always help no matter what the request. Our room was lovely with wonderfully comfy beds and linens and great amenities. You couldn't ask for a better location, near wonderful neighborhood restaurants and out of the busy Duomo area but still so close. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later!!

We stayed at this hotel while in Florence for our honeymoon. It was an excellent location. This was my first visit to Florence. The staff were nice and very accommodating. The rooms were very stylish and comfortable and we had a great view! Would definitely be staying there again!

Coming out of our Tuscan villa, we checked into the Lungarno for a long weekend before we flew back to the States. Our suite opened up to the Arno on a warm indian summer afternoon. It's definitely a keeper for this world travelling couple.
