We booked this place at the last minute, and were impressed immensely from the get go! The service, from every employee, was impeccable. They were SO helpful with everything, and it was flawless from person to person throughout our stay!! We will DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone, and come back.

I totally loved this hotel. I am actually still here while writing this review.
I do travel a lot, and I have stayed at 5 star hotels a whole lot of times, but this hotel is even far better than most! It starts when you get here and you feel the warmth of the front desk people, all willing to help no matter what time you need their help. The breakfast is amazing and the room is as clean as it can get.. Or even cleaner.
And to make it even better the hotel is close to everything.
Its totally worth it!
I am def staying here again everytime i come back to florence.

I booked the family suite and a double about one week prior. Reservations were easy and the receptionist answered all my questions. The hotel has a deal with a local parking garage so arriving is as simple as pulling up front, checking in, and dropping off your keys. A valet will then park your car for you. The location has nice lighting, classy rooms with ambiance, and a great breakfast. The suite was in a private hallway. Each room had its own bathroom and shower. The double room was spacious and had great amenities. If you are looking for a car friendly hotel close to the city center with a helpful staff and reasonable prices, look no further!

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel: exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, staff extremely helpful, breakfast room made you want to linger.You can sleep well knowing the beds are clean and comfy but their was some street noise. Confused by the entry, We walked past it even after we had been there two days as it shares a hall with other businesses off the street. A wooden bike outside helped to relocate the entrance, but it disappeared at night! Very walkable to all sights. There is a laundry two blocks away. First floor suite is perfect for two couples with one double en suite and one double with their bathroom in private locked hallway. Thanks to their staff for all their warm help. Americans will be happy with the room size!
