Yes, this b&b is right inside the walled town and centrally located. It is wonderful, very clean and we would stay there again.

We found this accommodation on tripadvisor and were very happy with it. We are a young couple in our early thirties, without children, and travel around Italy every summer, taking in one hill-top town on the way each year. This year it was Cortona's turn and it is probably the town to which we would be most likely to return. Le Gelosie is the perfect choice if you want spotless and central accommodation without any intrusion from the owners. It has only four rooms so there is very little noise from other guests. There is some noise from the street outside but we did not find it excessive and it is part of life in a small town. We love Italian food and Andrea gave us some names of restaurants which were spot-on and which we might not have found by ourselves. The breakfast bar staff are friendly and the breakfast is simple but fresh. Andrea was only a phone call away if we needed anything and so we felt this accommodation struck the perfect balance between being looked after and feeling independent.

Last time we visited Cortona we stayed at the bottom of the hill in a villa so this time we decided to stay on the hill. Le Gelosie is a very nice hotel in the centre of Cortona - the guy that runs it is very friendly. It is located just off one of the main squares. Breakfast is at a cafe on the sqare which is a selection of pastries and coffee. Would definately recommend the hotel.

Small, only 4 rooms but very nice decor, Personal service and best choice for central location. Free parking on 90 meters. Really recomend it!
