Good location, 24h helpful and friendly reception. Real antique furniture in the rooms. Good view from the balcony, but noisy during the day and night.

The first thing we walked in to was a tick on our pillow, followed by them telling us that the "FREE SHUTTLE" to the beach that they advertise here and on their website DOES NOT EXIST - WARNING. We then proceeded to tell them that there was a tick on our pillow and that they lied on their website and all they said was "we can give you a new pillow". The receptionist was extremely rude, and unwilling to help. We left and they charged our visa the full charge for the trip. Do not stay here unless you want lime disease or other tick born diseases - where there is one, there are more.

The facility has some baroque atmosphere, quite old and decadent.

A great hotel..reasonable rates..close to all the major attractions and the city centre. Very helpful staff. Nice rooms..no street noise. Only drawback is that there is no elevator!! All in all, we had a great time staying there!
...and a less than apologetic staff. I left the hotel at 1 a.m. to stay at a less pestilence-ridden hotel. Need I say more?
