We were going to stay two nights and ran out after the first night. The rooms are not clean, there was hair in the shower form previous guests, the polyester feel of the covers was icky.
Also, the receptionist was having a bad day so she was not nice enough to us.
The included breakfast is low low quality though the girl that works there is a great service oriented person.

My husband and myself and another couple, stayed three nights at this hotel at the end of our l4 day trip to Sicily. The place is in bad need of renovation (old rooms, locks on doors damaged, etc.) Bar service almost non-existant. Eventhough we were welcomed on arrival by a very professional lady, from then on, we had to deal with a young woman named Maria Grazia who made us feel like we were disturbing her every time we required her assistance. To top it all, when checking out, she was extremely impolite when we asked that some errors on the bill be corrected. The four of us have traveled in many parts of Europe and America, and never had to deal before with such attitude and rudeness from a front desk clerk. We hope that when the new owners take things in hand, they will make sure their guests are treated with courtesy. One positive point about this hotel, the beautiful gardens in the courtyard. I am sorry that my knowledge of your language does not permit me to write this critic in Italian.

This is a great little hotel, with free parking on site, the reception staff very polite.
We had a room for 3 adults which was very spacious.
The garden and outside space was lovely, it was a shame it was overlooked by 2 large blocks of flats but there were flats everywhere in this part ot the city.
The lounge area and garden lounge was very pleasant.
The breakfast was self service and was average for a 3 star hotel.
The bed was extremly comfortable it was the same quality of the "Hilton".
This hotel was very cheap and you could get a taxi into the main centre.
If you are going to Palermo I would recommend you give it a try why stay at the same hotel try a few during your stay.

PRO: Great value for price. Very good breakfast with delicious croissants and variety of food, you can also have an excellent espresso if you ask for it. The structure is very nice, an oasis of tranquillity not far from to the city centre, and you can have a nice relaxing time in the beautiful garden. Don't miss a visit to the nearby restaurant. I've been here three times and seen different rooms, some are really spacious (like suites), some are small, but all of them very clean and peaceful, with air conditioning and mini bar.
CONS: Not right in the city centre, if you have a car is better. Don't miss a visit to the near "La Favorita" park. If you need a room for three people, remember to ask for a big room, otherwise they will accomodate you in a too small room for the same price.
