I did not stay in this place, my host has property in Ostuni and we used to drive down to this restaurant several times in the evenings to have dinner. The place was mostly packed but we always managed to get a table. The owner is a very great friend of ours and he was always there to help the guests out.

The food was great, fresh and wonderfully presented.
I enjoyed the Buffalo mozzarella most and the pizza guy makes the best pizza Ive ever had. I also loved the veggie appetizers they had, chopped radish, carrots and cucumbers.... they really got me in the mood for eating.
The wine is great and I was amused by how generous they were with their food.

The waiters speak perfect English and they are really friendly.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real fresh Italian food experience.

We stayed in this hotel for a week at the end of September last year. It was being renovated when we stayed which meant that many mornings we were woken up by the noise from the builders. The website that we booked through did not mention that any of this was going on but it did not spoil the holiday completely and this is largely to do with the staff. Throughout our stay the staff couldn't do more to help, even though a few of them spoke little English we got by no problem. The hotel is a little way from Cisternino and Ostuni so you do need a car to get around. We had a little problem finding the hotel but were helped by some very nice locals we met in a bar. The food in the hotel is very nice and there is also another lovely restaurant in the village. I can see from the photos that the work on the hotel now appears to be complete and it looks lovely.
