My wife and stopped in at the Pizzeria Impero located in Piazza dei Signori one night for dinner. It was absolutely excellent! Service was great, the food was superb, and the house Valpolicella was exquisite. Plus, their location is unbeatable -- off the wonderful, but often crowded, Piazza Erbe -- it's quiet(er), much less crowded, and perhaps a bit more romantic. Excellent restaurant.
