We just visited Residenza Ca'Foscolo and on the whole had a very nice stay. It is a small apartment- with the convenience of a kitchenette and comfortable and spacious. Also, extremely well located- close to the Rialto Bridge, but still a quiet night sleep. Only downside is that the front desk is only open from 9 to 4, there's no concierge etc- but otherwise, a wonderful stay!

We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor suite. Great location between st. Marks and Rialto bridge. Rialto is just minutes away. The staff (young lady with dark hair) was extremely helpful! Loved the spacious suite with washer! Enjoyed the hotel so much, it really felt like home. Fantastic!

This place was absolutely AWESOME. The hostess was incredible, so friendly, spoke to us in both French & English (my partner is Swiss), and recommended a few places to check out while in Venice. The room was the 2 bedroom suite and was absolutely spotless. Comfortable bed, large showers, nice linens, great continental breakfast, and awesome locatoin. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Great Job. I can't wait to go back here and stay.

I was sceptical upon arrival but the whole experience was great. Amazing location, really friendly and approachable staff that couldn't do more for you. It was my girlfriends birthday and they put a bottle of champagne in our fridge as a surprise.

The owner is lovely and i will recommend this to everyone. If i ever go back to Venice i will without doubt stay here.
