We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the hospitality very much. The location is perfect, the room was very authentic and Davide and Marina are welcoming. They answered all our questions and are charming Venetians! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed meeting the other guests each morning too and hearing about their days. Don't take any notice of the reviews in 2009 as they were different owners. Loved the little narrow hall and the authenticity of the place. Would be happy to recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with Davide & Marina at their well located, quiet little hotel. We were made to feel very welcome, & Davide was always happy to let us practice our Italiian with him! Although the hotel is very close to the Rialto bridge & markets, & the Grand Canal, our room was remarkably quiet, & the price was, by Venice standards, very reasonable.

This is a well presented, 5 bedroom hotel close to the grand canal and Rialto run by a very friendly couple who made us feel extremely welcome at short notice. Food is limited to a basic continental breakfast which does the job and the hotel is very conveniently located for restaurants. Given the location and the presentation, it would be difficult to beat this for the price.
