We ended up staying in 3 different rooms, due to unable to book bedroom w/bath initally. The hotel did accommodate our request to move to any available room w/bath when available the 3rd and 4th nights. All the rooms had shabby-looking linens (but clean) and the first night the room had large holes in both the top sheet and the bedspread. The shower in the last room we got on the 4th night was very moldy, and the "3 shared baths" that were available with our initial booking had only one shower, the middle bath/shower was locked, so could only use sink and toilet, and the 3rd was a bathtub.

This was a pretty little hotel very Venetian rooms. It was located close to the Vaporetto stop and the main plaza.

The bedding was comfortable.

We had a few small issues while we were there. The airconditioning didn't really work so we had to sleep with with windows open and got bitten by mosquitos. This may be a real issue in summer. Also the remote for our TV was missing and they didn't have another so we couldn't use our TV at all during the stay. They were also unable to allow us to arrange internet in the evening for some reason.

It was too warm in Venice when we went. We were greeted by a nice old lady who speaks english. The place was easy to find. The room was pleasantly big with a balcony and with a small fan, no help with the heat. The toilet was decent. It was a comfortable place to just leave bags, sleep (quiet in the evening) & take a shower. It's a short walking distance to St. Mark's Square.

The room was very large,very clean and very stylish. Was a great location off the san Marco square. Helpfull staff. Good continental breakfast ,we had a wonderfull time!!!
