good location, just less than 5 mins walk from the train station and ferry station

helpful staff, large & clean & quite rooms, beautiful breakfast room, nice breakfast, nice garden

no lift, but this is ok for me, better ask for ground floor or first floor rooms if carry large luggage

i missunderstand the room charge from my credit and afraid of double charging when check out. Staff explain details and patients

will stay again and recommand others~

It was so nice not having to walk far from the train station to this hotel. Keep your eyes peeled though or you might miss the super skinny street leading to the hotel. My room was nice and clean. My favourite part of the hotel apart from the location was the super cute outdoor sitting area just of of the breakfast room. I would stay here again.

Near the Railway station and very close where the transfers leave you, it's easy to reach. In front you have the vapporeto's and a bridge to the center. Very good

A bit expensive hotel for the services offered.
But you are paying for the City and the Location of this hotel.
It was very near to Venezia Santa Lucia train station and Water Bus station!
Once you are there you would realize, it is very helpful in the city of water! 

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. But we had hot water problem in the bathroom.
Though they tried to fix it but they cud just manage warm water for us!

As other old Venice buildings, even this hotel didn’t have elevators.
So be prepared to climb the steps with your luggage if you can’t get ground floor!
Breakfast was adequate if compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy.
Internet is paid and they have just 1 old age desktop in their lobby in case u don’t have ur laptop!
For me, It was bit strange in this new age of Internet.

On the whole pretty descent hotel with average facilities.
Would recommend people who are travelling not to relax in hotel but to see Venice!!
